It was a stressful time for us, but with Eric's laser sharp focus and skills and his sense of humor (so important during the stressful home buying process), we made it out alive! We were back at square one, but what's amazing about Eric is that he's always 2 steps ahead! We had looked at a property we were interested in as things closed with our first escrow but decided to move on because it was on the high end of our budget, and the seller had multiple offers on the table over the asking price, including 2 cash offers. A couple of weeks later, we had noticed a change of status on the property online and texted Eric if this was normal. Within 10 minutes, he had reached out to the listing agent, found out that the escrow was being canceled at any minute, and came up with a strategy to make our offer stand out when he replied back. Looking back, we think it was huge that Eric built rapport with the listing agent the first time we looked at the property because the agent knew we were highly interested the second time he called. He also made it a point to go to one of the open houses to meet the rest of the agent's team. With patience and a strategy in place, we got our offer accepted! And although there were many stressful moments during our round 2 of escrow, we were able to complete it smoothly, thanks to Eric's highlighting things in our emails and touching base with management, the escrow team, lenders, and the seller's agent. There are so many things to sign, read, schedule, and keep track of, and we're truly thankful that Eric was there to keep us organized and prioritize what needed to get done. He was so flexible when it came to scheduling on site visits and you know you chose the right agent when the seller's agent even goes out of her way to make it a point to compliment Eric and to express to us how much she appreciated the open communication, the high level of professionalism, and how client focused he was! At the end of the day, Eric felt like a friend we could trust and who always had our interests at heart from beginning to end. He still checks in with us even after we closed escrow to make sure we have everything in place and is still available to answer questions, big or small, about our new property. Again, he goes above and beyond, and he's the best agent in town!"

"Eric was everything we could have hoped for in a realtor! Friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, the list goes on. As first-time homebuyers, the home buying process is intimidating, but Eric guided us every step of the way. We were relocating from Northern California and so we bounced around LA for months trying to figure out the right neighborhood for us. Throughout it all, Eric was wonderful – super supportive and positive – telling us about the different neighborhoods, answering our questions (there were many!), sending us listings he thought we'd like, scheduling viewings, attending open houses, etc. He never made us feel rushed in the process, which was very important to us given what a big decision buying your first home is.
